Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

• UK Delivery
  Free standard delivery (3–4 working days) on orders over £100, shipped from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail. During Royal Mail strikes, we will use DPD or a similar courier service. For orders under £100, a shipping fee of £4.00 applies.
• Europe, USA & Canada Delivery
  Free standard delivery (approximately 3–7 working days) on orders over £200, shipped from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail,  DHL or FedEx Express. For orders under £200 a delivery fee of £20 applies.
• Asia, Australia & New Zealand Delivery
  Please visit our Singapore-based warehouse store at www.summerythelabel.com for orders in these regions. 
• International Duties & Taxes
  Deliveries to countries outside the UK may incur customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer in the destination country.

RETURNS

At Summery the Label we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase every time you shop with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will be happy to offer you a refund, credit note or exchange on full price products within 14 days of your purchase.

Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original invoice/receipt and in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. Refunds do not apply to sale items. Products must not of been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. A refund of shipping may be provided in the case of damaged or faulty items. All postage and handling costs on returns will be the responsibility of the customer (for now, we are hoping to offer a free service as we grow). We recommend you return any orders via tracking as we cannot accept any responsibility for returned orders.
